Yesterday being ‘Neighbour Day’ saw local crime prevention officers, Volunteers in Policing and the Centenary Patrol Group Inspector, Joe Jaramazovic hit the pavement and attend Kingman St, Sunnybank Hills to meet local residents and assist in facilitating neighbourhood connections over freshly brewed coffee.
Councillor Kim Marx and Member for Stretton, Duncan Pegg were also on hand to speak with residents about local concerns and get a feel for what was affecting their communities.
We thank everyone for coming out to meet with us to have a chat. It was great to see locals meeting each other and getting to know others around their neighbourhood.
