Acacia Ridge Criminal Investigation Branch Detectives have charged a man following the investigation of a series of robberies on Brisbane’s South over the past month.
It will be alleged around 1.30am on February 5 two men entered a licenced premises on Government Road Richlands. They threatened two staff members with knives before leaving with a sum of cash.
It will be further alleged on February 13, around 8:30pm, a man entered a medical centre and chemist store on Blunder Road at Oxley. The man approached a staff member and asked for change before snatching cash from the till and fleeing the store on foot.
In the third incident, two men have allegedly entered a licensed premises on the corner of Beaudesert Road and Hansen Street at around 11:20pm on February 17. The men, armed with knives, demanded cash from an employee before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash. A 28-year-old Inala
